Just to update, the name SofJoy is not trademarked.

I am waiting on a reply from Footjoy (Fortune Brands Inc.) to see if they have an affiliate program.
If they do I will be developing the site as a FootJoy/SofJoy reseller site.

Any suggestions on the value of the name if all this comes through?
