Nice name, there are a lot of products and companies that start with sod or have sod as part of their name, I didn't find a trademark for the exact word sods (not legal advice, there is a dead trademark "SODS SUPPORT OR DON'T SUPPORT").

It is taken in 22 extensions according to dotdb.

Pronounceable name, might be a nice brandable name for a landscaping company.

To get the most money for the name you will have to wait for someone with money that needs it for a project.

At an auction like dropcatch, namejet or godaddy, I am guessing it will go for 800-2500 unless a few end users fight over it.

On namepros if you want to sell it now, probably 395-795 unless you are lucky and the right person sees it.

A fair price for an end user 25k. This might take a lot of time, and nobody might show up ever, but that is how you get the best money.
