You are right about that. That's what comes into my mind when I stumble upon that post. I can't understand why someone is offering services to people while having no idea about how to implement the services being provided. That was very unprofessional.

Actually No. If someone is really looking for quality link building then he should avoid to throughout his links on thousands of social book marking sites. It is true that there are thousands of social book marking sites likewise forums, directories, articles and so many other strategies but it is clearly described that only the quality site with quality contents would lead you to success. From the past several months or years social book marking is used for spamming activities and hence they have lost their importance. So keep yourself to a couple of sites that are highly reputable sites.
