These names require branding and development to bring out there meaning, so this hurts the wholesale value. I would value Sngz.com at reg fee, and the other domain at less than reg fee without development. RF

sngz.com .... low $xx. Short but no acronym that I can think of.

bdbnd.com .... also short, regfee though because when I want "broadband", I don't think of "bdbnd".
