domain Snedo.com Opinions/advice please!

Hi guys, just snapped this up on ebay as it was going cheap and i've noticed that these kinda names have been selling pretty well through afternic (from looking at namebio recent sales).

Any opinions on it's potential worthand what's the market like at the moment on these kind of names etc?

It is a nice 5 Letter domain name.
passes the phone test.
but you never know with 5 letter names.
appraisals on 5 Letter names are USELESS IMO.
could be sold for xxxx if someone wants this name.
but could be that you never hear from this name again and that it will be deleted in the future.

best example is Nemid.com , recently sold for $3 on Namepros and sold for $3.200 few weeks later on Sedo.

in fact, most of my 5 letter sales, were from names from which i thought i could never sell them, and vice versa, some names from which i think they should be sold for minimum xxx, are still in my portfolio with no interest at all lol

Make sure you check if "sne" means anything in another language or you might sell another nem "easy" id for $3. Maybe snedo means 'easy do' in mongolian or something

Hey thanks for that, it looks lke its worth trying to contact the site owner. Just one thing, the site seems to be russian, would it be more effective to actually contact them in russian (if I can get an email translated of course)?

I certainly would, but I would get it translated and then put on the discussion area and asked if there are any russians that could check it for you. Sometimes you cant directly translate sentences and Im not sure how good the online translators are.

You wouldnt the end-user to think its spam because of dodgy grammar and delete it!!!

Can you explain your entent with this name?

I'm bidding on it at ebay right now. Are you going to honor your ebay

Yes sorry namenut. I basically explained to the admin of this site that I wasnt trying to spam etc, basically id advertised it in the "make offer" section then just plain forgot to close the thread after putting it up for auction on ebay so im sincerely sorry to cause you or anyone else any confusion and can assure you there were no bad intentions. Admin have since told me that they acknowledge I made a genuine mistake and have deleted the "make offer" thread.

My intentions are basically a quick flip if possible and the ebay auction is carrying on as normal and thats where it will be sold. Again im sorry for any confusion, I just had one of those "dumb" moments.
