Small 5-page Wordpress Site needs Designed

Hey Guys,

I honestly don't have much money so not sure what I'm expecting... I have a specific website (which I can PM you) that I would like my site to be designed off of. It seems quite basic but I know I'd mess up if I did this on my own! lol It's a 5-page (very little amount of content) website. They've used wordpress theme Foxy. I also have that theme and others.
