I like UMPCQuestions.com the most.

It's very descriptive...
It's a .com...
Very suitable for a forum or an informative site about ultra mobile PC's.

It's has a stickyness to it IMO...it sounds good.

I'm sorry that i am not experienced enough to connect a pricetag with it but it's definately worth more then just plain reg fee.
