Hi thanks to all who appraised my domain NewStarters.com last time i have made a lot of changes in the week!

Please give me feedback and im in trouble with what forum sections to add so if you can give me advice on that it would be great!

Better than before, but your banner is taking over the space that you should be using to brand your site/project.
I like the skyline theme, what would be beneficial is if you were to work your logo into the skyline. It would give your logo better exposure, better effect for branding but also more harmony and flow.

The forum itself looks good!

Less is more.
I'd suggest unpublishing all the forums except one: for general discussion. Then add more forums as you need them and move the appropriate threads to their new forums. Displaying several forums with little or no posts can be detrimental to growing your site.

For professional forums, I'd also suggest grabbing a VBulletin license. I think they are only $85. VB is superior to phpbb in every way. Once you start moderating and managing, you'll spend oodles more time trying to get phpbb to do what VB does out of the box.

And I would add something like VBAdvanced, so you can have a nice landing page and more of a CMS look to the site where you can manage more content.

Your favicon looks pixelated. You may want to re-work that
