Can anyone here do very good site design? Would help if you liked rap, but isnt a necessity. I need a site designed and coded into php with like header files, footers, navigatons etc, so it is very easy for me to edit. Homepage will need cutenews on it. Paying around $30 PM me if you can do it, with some examples of your work.

You need to have good graphic design too, designing the header and the whole site etc.

I hope you understand whta I am asking, it also needs to be coded.
