i want to do animations but i dont know how too

i m ok with designing. I want to know how can you convert a flash file into .gif

or how can you make .gif animations ??

can anybody please tell me ..

is it a specific software or what ?

you can make .gif in adobe image ready. In my understanding you can not make a .swf or a .fla in to a moving .gif just a static one.
Theres lots of tuts on flash if you want to get in to animation learn that.

I know how you can make .swf into .gif, its a special program, do you stil need it?
