Simple logo work

Hi,

I'm testing out the waters here looking for those who can put together site logos. The logo would be fairly simple, nothing extravagant is required or desired. Probably just the name, a small graphic, and minimal effects. The .PSD would also be required. FYI, it would be for a rewards program.
