Simple floating ads... (Paying 300 NP$!)

I will pay 300 NP$ to the first person who gives me the following: a script that has a floating box that I can put ads in and moves when people scroll, also, I want it to be able to scroll when the user scrolls.

with exit popup?
or something that has "x" on it?
flyinads will fly inside your page without opening another window, and it shakes in the middle to get attention. you can close it the good thing is it has network capabilities a whole membership could be promoting your site on their site something like a flyinads exchange network that you own and has affiliate/referral programs built into it and you can manually add/subtract credits from it on all members
