Just curious as to how much a domain like this would be worth?

My boss and I where talking just before Christmas about how he was going to purchse this name, except didn't. This company name is called 'Sign-It'. The other topic on the .it extension reminded me about this.

Also, while you guys are at it, how much would the likes of the following be valued at:

sign.co.uk
sign.biz
