Well my settings on this board are set for GMT +1 hour and Jim_Westergren's post is listed as 02:31 PM, which would be 1.31pm GMT.

So I think my bid was the highest bid received before 1pm GMT.

On the PM exchange I had with PoorDoggie he told me he will go on vacation so I don't know if he can answer to this.

But the deal was not done yet.

According to server's timestamp, this post was made at 12:31 PM GMT.

If you scroll to the bottom of this page, it should tell you what your time zone settings are on the forum. (GMT +1, GMT, etc) PD was using GMT I assume, being from UK. In the future I hope a specific time zone is specified for the benefit of all viewers of a thread.
