Now I know if any of you guys are like me you have put off shipping gifts and boxes to friends and family members that you can't see this Christmas. This is just a reminder that Today is the last day for guaranteed service with 3 Day Select service with UPS, Wednesday is last day for 2 Day, and Thursday is last day for Next Day Air.
We are very busy this time of year, so remember to get those packages in now. If you are looking to save a little bit on shipping costs, you can still use ground, but it is not guaranteed to get there. But use good judgment is if its only going the next state or two over, it should still get there with ground service.
On Christmas Eve we will be working at UPS, but only on a smaller scale, and only processing air packages for the most, and other special packages. In the past on Christmas Eve's (or the Saturday before if on Sunday) we have to make judgment calls at the centers, if the boxes looks like gifts we try to make sure we attempt delivery. So don't rely on your box getting delivered on Christmas eve, ship early, and have peace of mind.
