I was excited to see that SERIAL.WS sold on AfterNIC for $2,000--great news for us .WS domain holders--but then I saw the traffic stats: 11,456/month? I say no way jose! Great keyword but even the hottest .COM's have trouble getting that many type-ins. Yet another scam?

btw, serial.ws is 57/day OVT with ext. serial is 2500+/day w/o ext.

The best thing would be to introduce free .WS just as they did with .info for oen month.
That will surely make .ws extension very popular

I'm not even that surprised it sold for that much. Serial is a decent name. .ws isn't as common as .com, but 2k seems just right for it. I mean I'm sure he didn't sell it in a day.

I believe the site you're talking about is serials.ws
So serial.ws is just a high traffic typo of the very popular site..
Serials.ws is still up and running as far as I know..
