I developed this a while ago in order to give vb forums a separate upload section.
Some details:
0- a file upload script
1- works with vbulletin giving it a separate upload section
2- users login to the upload area using the same login as their forum login, no need for extra logins.
3- the minimum number of posts in order to be able to upload can be specified
4- the uploaded file is also given to the user in the form of normal link and vbulletin code link
price is still $10 or 500 NP
