Move those banners somewhere where can people can actually see them - when I go to your page, I see only the first few bottom banners and have to scroll down to see the rest. Would you ever scroll down just to see what different advertisements a page offers? So don't expect expect your visitors to! Putting a banner to the left of the DownloadRingtone.co.uk title might give you a better CTR and will certainly give the banner more exposure!
Also, I'd rename your other HTML pages from id12.html to something that better reflects their content - e.g, mobile-news.html, ringtone-advice.html. You'll want search engines to pick those up, since there's a chance that someone looking for "ringtone advice" might land up on your site that way.
And, well, add some content on the front page! From what I can see, you have only one paragraph of text, so there's preciously little for search engines to index in the first place. Perhaps grab an article from places such as EzineArticles, SubmitYourArticle etc - they're free to use so long as you agree not to modify them.
Finally, if you aren't terribly friendly with HTML (I know I'm not) consider using various CMS (Content Management Software) which will help you put together a good-looking website in a matter of hours (and much less once you get the hang of things). I use Joomla as my CMS of choice (check the sites in my signature for examples of what it can do). The drawback of using CMS, however, is that doing SEO is a bit difficult, since you're somewhat limited in what you can do and modify. It doesn't stop some of my sites from ranking high on MSN though.
With all that said, good luck! Oh, and I'm still a SEO n00b, so take everything I've written above with a grain of salt. :D Sorry, just had to add that.
