Domain name auctions must follow a certain set of rules, and items that must be included in all auctions

Domain name
Domain name registrar
Domain name renewal date
starting bid
bidding increments
a clear end date and time for the auction (ex: 4/05 at 8pm pst, or "48 hours after a final bid is placed")
Payment options (ex: Paypal)

BIN are allowed but they must be included at the start of the auction before the first bid is placed. Once the first bid is placed BIN prices cannot be added changed or removed.
