I'm selling this because I no longer have time to work on this and because I need a couple of bucks in my paypal account. The site currently gets about 50+ uniques a day and it has had 200+ in September already. I have little content in it but its there. I am selling the domain (registered at NameCheap expires mid-august 2006), the content, and I'll give you the LDU database if you want it. LDU is a portal system, you can find it at http://neocrome.net.
No revenue made but I'm sure if you try you can make some.
Some details:
Site uses very little bandwidth and space.
I only have one database used and thats for the LDU portal.

Stats:
We were only up for the end of August and experienced some down time back there for a couple of days when we were switching servers.
For some reason my stats don't update til later the day or the next day so don't take that 1 for today to heart.
45% of the incoming hits are from direct type-ins and the rest are from forum links.
