Any thoughts on the value of this name would be appreciated. The .com version is for sale by it's owner which prompted me to register the .net version. So far I have set pricing high and have had no interest. Realistic pricing is next but I have no idea what that is.

Did I miss something? I know the .com version of this name got a lot of appraisals but to my knowledge the .net version did not get one.
