Seeking company/person with great WP & Programming knowledge

We are looking for someone who can accommodate our needs fixing small or big things with our existing sites that are based on WordPress.

The company/person must have:

-great knowledge of WordPress
-great or good knowledge of PHP
-great knowledge of CSS and HTML
-great knowledge of WordPress plugins how to use/implement and what's out there
-good programming/design/SEO knowledge a big plus

Remember, this is not a one time job but rather something where your services can be called upon several times a month.
