Sedo Question

This might sound like a stupid question to all the experienced people who have used sedo for purchases, but this would be my 1st time.

Say for example that a domain is listed for sale with a Seller's price expectation of $100, if you bid the full amount, does the name sill go to auction or do you win it at that price?

Its up to the seller if he wants to send it to auction once you accept - if you don't want him to do that then I think it may be best to explain that in the comments area.

The seller may also set a firm price instead of 'price expectation'. But then he must honor the purchase price.
