Sedo made changes to the Domain Management interface ("My Domains") this week. This broke some important functionality. For instance:
  • Navigation from Page 1 to any other page of the portfolio immediately redirects back to Page 1. It's impossible to reach any other page than "Page 1".
  • The pulldown button next to the (portfolio) Search button --for selecting domains in bulk-- doesn't react any longer. This "Filter by Group" functionality is essential for adjusting prices in bulk.
  • The popup that appears to choose categories has become too small, so not all content fits inside without scrolling horizontally.
  • Every page has an additional, useless reload. This happens in all views that are in the "Change your view" pulldown.
  • The font used to represent the domains has become so small that it's more difficult to read without a magnifying glass.
I would like to hear if other people are experiencing these problems as well.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

In the "Select Category" - popup, the [Apply] - button doesn't work (only the [x] - button and the [Cancel] - button works). In other words, it is not possible to save the chosen category.

And Parking Optimization tab | Page Elements column (Related links) - why this column/option still exists if 2click Google ads are already standard for years???
Please deprecate and remove it.
And this useless column doesn't work at all after your redesign.
When I click its icons - nothing happens, it doesn't change to another one like it was previously.

I think @Sedo should perform a usability study on their website. I won't go into detail but there are some very simple improvements Sedo can make especially with typography that would make life for domainers so much easier. I'm sure they're on it what with all the feedback in this thread.

I came here to ask how to get around this. I spent so long updating these categories, and they're all back to Misc.

The apply button doesn't seem to do anything. Very frustrating. I've since focused on Flippa as it seems to work.

Regarding SEDO, you can choose the catgory also in the following way:

1.) In your SEDO - account, go to "Domain Management".
2.) Beside "Change your view:" choose "Category Settings" from the drop down menu.
3.) Set the wished categor/y/ies
(master / 2 / 3 (single or bulk)) of your domain names.

This method should work.

This interface is broken in many places.
Their developers are like team of newbies at the beach.

Also it breaks eyes until at least 110% zoom.

@Sedo
Certification amount is not displayed for the auctioned domains on your V2,3,4 landers in Guest mode (not logged in):

And for auctions on V1 this notice is absent at all.

And useless Categories tab can be safely removed as well, just waste of time.
+ Keyword column/option must be removed.
Google doesn't support it anymore.
