Okay, there may be one thing better than a frosty A&W Root Beer Float for only 99 cents: a frosty A&W Root Beer Float for free.

On Monday, June 20, A&W Restaurants across the country will be celebrating our second annual Free Float Day. Stop by your favorite A&W Restaurant, order anything (really, anything at all) and you'll get a free regular A&W Root Beer Float (at participating locations). It's as simple as that.

Last year's first annual Float Day was a tremendous success. In fact, it was so much fun, we brought it back for a return engagement. Be sure to mark Monday, June 20 on your calendar.

And watch your hometown newspaper a few days before Root Beer Float Day for great coupon offers from A&W Restaurants. (The flyer will be easy to spot; it looks like a giant Root Beer Float.)

wow.. now I know what I'll get tonight (though I know it wont be free :P)

Steph turned 30 yesterday, so some of her friends are taking us to a Farrels' type place here in town (used to be farrels, now similar mom and pop soda/icecream shop)

one problem: Now I have to wait all day to quench this drastic RootBeer float desire

I haven't had a rootbeer float in years and used to love them. Our local KFC just added an A&W to their store (eliminatng the KFC buffet ) so I'll have to give them a try on the 20th!
