Search Engines affiliate programs?

What are the Search Engines affiliate programs? What is your opinion about Search Engines i.e google(google adwords,adsense,...etc),yahoo,....etc affiliate programs? What is the best? How much did you earn from Search Engines affiliate programs? how do you earn from Search Engines affiliate programs?

I don't think there is any affiliate program for AdSense, AdWords, YPN, Microsoft adCenter, etc...

Yahoo's affiliate program also pays for Yahoo Search Marketing (Yahoo's "Adwords") signups, but it's not easy to get accepted as a Yahoo affiliate.

I'm in their program now, promoting one of their other services. The first 2 times I applied I was turned down - I was accepted after I'd established a strong track record of conversions in that particular vertical.
