Scroll bar - Without a frame?

Hi there,
I've got a site which requires content to sit over a particular background image.

Thing is, the content won't fit in to the space of the background image.

Obviously the easy way around this would be just to stick an IFrame in but I'd rather not do that as I'd like the text all on the same page for SEO reasons.

Does anybody know how I can get the content to appear in that small area and have a scroll bar so they can see the rest?

I'd imagine this'll be using JavaScript.

Thanks,

Chris
