It's a .com. That's Good.

It's only two words so that's decent. You lose value for every additional word past one and since you only have two, that's not so bad but it's more than 10 characters so that lowers the value some.

They are real words - that's also good.

But the two words don't really go together and since the name doesn't flow well that also detracts from the value.

It has no real history so that's a big negative for most domain buyers.

It's parked so it's not gaining any history or possible promotion so that's bad.

I would guess low $xx if anything at all.
