This is unfortunate.

After being alerted by concerned members we have reviewed this auction and found the following:
  1. The listing was originally a bulk consolidated sale with header that read: "All below domains collective auction"
  2. The first bid for all domains came in at 12:06am May 19th 2022 - Which means the following rule applied moving forward: 6.2.3. An auction cannot be modified once a bid is placed with the exceptions of its Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price (e.g., a BIN price may be added), its bid increments, approving additional bidders, adding payment methods, and/or adding additional domains at no extra cost. Once a bid is placed, every allowable change (the exceptions just mentioned) must be posted to the thread as a new reply as well as updated in the original post before it becomes effective and valid (e.g., a BIN price cannot be accepted until that is done, but rule 6.2.10 applies). BIN prices are not reserve prices and therefore do not affect rule 6.2.10.
  3. The seller (After the bid was placed) changed the auction to individual domains, after a bid was already placed for the "Collective" lot of domains in bulk. (This violates the rule indicated in #2)
  4. Furthermore, a member posted SOLD at bin, however, the seller never updated a bin as outlined in the rules prior to that sold post: 6.2.4. A Buy-It-Now ("BIN") price may be changed (added, reduced, increased, or removed) on an auction prior to it being accepted, in accordance with rule 6.2.3. The BIN price in an auction must be publicly accepted by a buyer. - Which clearly states: "must be posted to the thread as a new reply as well as updated in the original post before it becomes effective and valid"
  5. The seller never posted a new BIN update in the listing prior to the sold post.
This auction is now closed / all bids void / seller violated x2 rules and has been issued an official warning
