Actually it would be more like american.us...

I don't know the values of .ru too much so... I would say however in the XXXX range...

I think this is an awesome domain! But if the word "russian" is in russian (language), that will make it even better. Traffic wise, this should bring in alot of type-ins visitors. Development wise, About russians of course. Potential $xxxx domain sale.
