I received an offer on Sedo for the domain RocketForum.com

It is decent for anything related to Model Rockets, Science, Houston Rockets, etc.

I am wondering what people consider a reasonable offer. I am debating either sending it to auction with the opening bid, or countering.

Any ideas?

EDIT - Decided to just send to auction on SEDO.
