This is why the rules specifically state that a "clear end date and time" are required. To avoid this situation.

Either of these methods work to avoid this problem:

Date and time method - Ex: April 16th at 10pm est

or

Extension method - Ex: Auction ends 48 hours after a final bid is placed.

Since there is no specific time mentioned, this auction will technically end at 11:59 EST... so please give the seller until then.
