The traffic is natural. If you look at the second screenshot you will see where the traffic comes from. The web site is working now there are some issues with my hosting.

I already received offers of $500+. The domain alone is worth around $100+

The sites receives a good amount of traffic from search engines, has a PR4 and good revenue.
