Al Rifai Roastery S.A.L, Lebanon, claimed that the domain infringes on their AL RIFAI mark that was registered in Lebanon in 2003 as well. The Complainant could not prove that the Respondent registered or used the domain in bad faith, even though a PPC ad for the parked domain was related to “nuts.”
