I have noticed that apart from the most renowned domain brokers, brokers do not seem to actively seek end user buyers (or any buyers for that matter), and therefore, domains can actually rot in their databases. Therefore,I am offering 25% of the sale price of CoutureFashion.com and CoutureFashion.co.uk to anybody who can find a buyer,(prefereblay an end user) for $800 or more. I am looking for $800, as a joint price for both the domains (not like $800 each; rather $800 for both).

So, if someone can find me a buyer for CoutureFashion.com and CoutureFashion.co.uk at a price of $800 (eight hundred dollars) jointly, you will get $200 upfront. This is a serious offer, so please dont hesitate to contact me with information. The domain CoutureFashion.com has been placed for sale at www.urlcollection.com while CoutureFashion.co.uk is at www.sedo.co.uk The .com alone was valued roughly at $8000, so it is not a bad domain. However I am offering at a tenth of the appraisal price - that means $800. Thanks for your help.

PS I know the price may seem a little steep, but I am aiming it mainly at end users, and I would therefore like people to find me some (of course for a reward of 25% of the sale price, before any other deductions).

I think who ever appraised it valued it a bit too high. You may try getting a more accurate appraisel here and at DomainState.com. It will give a reality check. Selling for 8000$ these days is hard and the name has to be really good.

If he is asking us to sell the domain, I think it is appropriate that things such as this must be stated. This isn't a sales thread, but a referral thread in my opinion. Let the mods decide.

I think you misunderstood. I am asking if anyone can find me a buyer at a price of $800 (eight hundred dollars) not the initial appraisal price, as even I know that is unrealistic. The thing is I am looking for an end buyer (if possible) so thats why I am asking if anyone here knows people who might be interested. I am not asking for $8000 I want eight hundred

Again, please don't "attempt to appraise the name for sale" here in the Sales threads. This IS a Sales thread until and if it is decided to be moved ... with consultation with the thread-starter. It appears to me that it is being offered for sale for $800.00, but also that assistance is being requested.
No changes need to be made at this time, IMHO.
