It's good to see WIPO doing their using common sense. What are your oppinions on reverse hijacking?

That's what happens when you have tons of money: you tend to believe this
or that is "rightfully yours" and will attempt to use the law to get what you
want.

That's why a balance must somehow be reached. If some of them won't get
it what's bad with reverse hijacking, then somebody else ought to "help them
out".

I just read in another forum that one of Nominet's penalties for such is worse:
full domain name cancellation.
