Reverse domain name auction

I used a site one time to buy a name that would let sellers post domains in a reverse auction format where the price would drop until someone bought it.. It was associated with one of the major domain aftermarkets and had a name like kazzar or something similair..

Anyone know the site I'm thinking of?
