Forum is a sinlge forum like one category where forums is plural for more than one forum so forums is appropriate in this matter.

To sum it up, both are perfectly fine and used. The singular is used 3 times as more as the plural though.

If you're going to be developing this, I strongly recommend registering revenueforum.com in addition. It's also the better domain of the two.
