I am starting a new website to offer free developer services to everyone, I have a domain name and I started on a website but I am going to need someone to do it for me.

I am going to need someone to get either a free design or make a design for me thats nice and clean and perfect for it.

You will need to integrate scripts into the existing webiste.. EXAMPLES: Whois Script, PageRank Script, Link Popularity Script.. and ect ect.
