Color Requirements : Green... plus a complementary color (in your opinion, not the art dictionary definition of complementary)

General Requirements : This logo is for a group of building engineers. Guys who work with their hands. So... masculine, and technical in a mechanical sense, without being insulting...

Additional Information : I have attached what they are currently using. Use this as a guide, or throw it out the window... but it does show their leaning towards a geometric image...

OK, she thinks (and I agree) that a lowercase E will work better with the gear shape...

My feelings are, the "floating hex" logo would be cool if it was around a larger lowercase E...like it was a ring around Saturn....

We really like this and the "hex-saturn-ring" version. We think that the "BIG" and "Network" leave something to be desired, and needs to both be more masculine AND have something in common with the "e".

Also, everything looks great here, but the nut itself looks a little "dainty" for its size, could it be a bit thicker/wider?

I am pleased you like my logo. I have spent quite a few hours on the design of the logo and I am happy to make any changes however as this has taken quite a while so far I would request some funding if you are interested in the logo. Would you be prepared to provide an extra amount regarding this as 25 dollars is quite a small amount for the amount of time spent so far? I would be more than happy to make any further changes if the final amount was 40 dollars.
