Reg-Fee.com is up for sale. It features several coupons from various registrars. The site is using a non-custom template (I bought it). I've also integrated it into a version of cutenews with built in xfields for easy addition of new coupons. You will be responsible for moving cutenews to your server if you wish to use it. The site has recieved 600 unique visitors this month (I'll update that number as it grows). The site is pretty new, so its not that high up there in the search engines yet (it will be getting more traffic from SE's when it grows obviously). It's been advertised on Namepros (in the chatroom and my sig), through adengage.com, and on coupon.sc. I've also used linkmetro.com to exchange some links.
