It's certainly not in the ball park with Refi.com that sold for 500K or Refinance.com that sold for 706K. The "mix" could either be a mixture of refi products, rates, etc or a mixture of lenders providing refiproducts. They actually show a pretty decent appraisal from some of the online appraisers.

All depends how you develop them. As for the names right this second, maybe you could get mid $xx low $xxx, but if you applied your use case to refimix i’m sure you could sell it as a whole for a decent price
