I'm redoing this website cause it look's like crap, but as you can see the middle image is like "blah" and needs a serious make over, the colors of the webpage are red and blue, price will between $10-$20 for the new design, The winner will be paid by paypal. Dimensions: 300x120

The dimensions you gave would make it a bit tough to include the swirl
