I have seen your other threads, and this is another poor domain. The fact that they are in new extensions doesn't help at all. What did you expect ? There is no established aftermarket, so on which basis are we supposed to appraise the names ?
You've been here for 10 years, so you should know...

FWIW recarpet.com is for sale, so is the .net. Available in other mainstream TLDs. That means there isn't much end user interest here.
