1- your site is about pic host and have not a single pic: why not add some pic thumbs to enhance the page look
2- your navigation link aren't well cut
3- they arranged by a way it shows they are following steps: home -->rules --> faqs ....
well they are not following steps, lose the arrows

It is ok, needs a better logo and ">" between navigation buttons should be substituted with "|"
