How's the traffic? Looks like it gets a little. Typo of great, treat, feat, teat, etc. All premium letters, highly pronounceable, cvvc, looks attractive for branding, lots of abbreviations and acronyms in there, and some words (rea, at, eat). As a reseller I'd pay high, but not huge, for this, something like $1000 - 1200 is a good reseller value unless they have a very definite use/buyer for it, IMO.
End user probably 2K +++

Very neat name and I think it could go considerably higher if someone decides it's perfect for them, like for Restaurant EATs, REAl Tech, REAlity Tv, something like that. Very brandable. Personally if I had it, wouldn't let it go for less than 3.5K, would wait until I got that price as a bare minimum
