Re-lunching a forum

Well I have just finished with the making of Unique Webmaster and want to know relunch the site.

How do you think I should handle the re-lunch?

Yes sorry its been along few days.

We the previous forum had over 400 threads and 2000 posts on it

You can email the members of your previous forum informing them about relaunch of your forum and highlight the differences between the previous and the current forum. You should be able to offer them something more than previous forum to make them rejoin. At the same time you should also promote it really well to get new members on to your forum.
