I think the content you have is fine, as for the design, I don't think the bronze colored buttons work well with the rest of the design. Perhaps try a navy blue?

Ads colors could be incorporated a little better into the layout.

On the right under act now, the images could have a grey background instead of white.

There are a few things I would change, but its not too bad overall =D

First, for your navigation bar the red line (under it) continues while the overall page layout does not. If you dont understand what I mean just look at the line running across your page below the header

Next for the purchase and download images, they simply don't match the rest of the website. Create (or legally acquire) other images to fit the colors of the rest of your layout.

Also at the very bottom of the pate there is an ad which doesn't fit (maybe its just limited to my layout, but if not make sure you get it fixed =D)

Other than those things I think it's not to bad of a website with regard to design, yet of course, there is always room for improvement!

I like the header and footer graphics. I dont think there is a problem with the red line that -Alex- talked about. It does extend beyond the rest of the layout, but I dont see that as a problem.

My biggest suggestion is to expand the layout. I think it is too narrow.

I have another concern too - Is this your software? or do you just have resell rights? I think the idea of having google ads on the site takes away from the credibility of the software/seller. In my mind, if i saw that site I would I would think to myself "This software cant be any good if the guy selling it has to make his money off ads rather than the software itself".

Finally, I agree with JayB about the menu colours. I think bronze does work, but the gradient just isnt working for me. I think you might want to make gradient more subtle, and change the text to white... see how it looks. Or even try some tab style menu buttons.

Design wise, I would change the menu buttons from that bronze gradient, I would have the 'download' and 'purchase' images have the same grey background colour as the sidebar, the Banners in the sidebar are misaligned and not spaced well, the article seems rather lengthy for a first page and the 'personalised subliminal messages' banner on the bottom seems slapped on; try and resize it if you can.

Codewise, you have 15 CSS Errors and 51 HTML Errors & 15 Warnings. Also some of your images are missing alt attributes.
