This is a really simple code for those who want it, I wrote it for http://9rn.net and thought someone might want it here.
Look down vvv
It uses a mixture of PHP and HTML and works in all browsers I've tried.
The entire code is released into the public domain, you can use all of it how you like, you have full resell and commerical rights. You can use it how you like but link-backs are appreciated.

N.B. I'm unsure if the AdSense ToS allows this type of advert, if not you can remove it or change very easily.
