Hold it for sometime. It may have value 2-3 years down the line while the country picks up.
I'd say low xxxx in some years probably.

Would the preferred domain be Quwain or something combining Umm Al-Quwain as one word ? It looks like the domain has been dropped several times over the years. Wikipedia says : "Umm Al Quwain is the least populous of the seven constituent emirates in the United Arab Emirates", which might mean not much potential.

Put it up for sale for "make offer" and sit on it for a year or two.

Thanks @NYJimbo . Yes, it is a least populous city but efforts are going on to make it tourists destination. And about the name.. can't say what future holds but I don't mind holding it for several years.
